Woman Accused of Killing Companion With an S.U.V.

The woman, Jeanine Harrington, 25, and the victim, Jeffrey Moore, 47, had a long, tumultuous relationship, neighbors and family members said. “Their relationship was horrible,” said Jade Oliver, Mr. Moore’s older sister. “We would ask: ‘Why are you with her?
