Robert Gryzwaczewski, 42, is the same man who was stabbed by a mentally ill patient out side the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center last month.    Investigators said he shot and killed his 27-year-old girlfriend, Mary Lyons, before turning the gun on himself. via NewsNet5.com
